A WALKING TOUR OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE
Thursday, July 12, 2018, 7:00 p.m.
On the Public square – in front of the Visitors’ Center
Since the founding of Dahlonega in 1833, the Public Square has been a focal point of activity. The diversity in architectural styles reflect how Dahlonega has changed and still retained its small town character over the decades. The focus of Ms. Mee’s presentation will discuss what makes the buildings unique, and how they reflect various themes in architecture which were popular throughout Dahlonega’s history.
