Dr. Alice M.W. Hunt, F.G.S. from the "Center for Applied Isotope Studies" at the Univ. of Georgia will be the guest speaker on December 9th for the Blue Ridge Archaeology Guild. Dr. Hunt will speak on "How Copper Smelting, Alloying and Casting shaped history."
Dr. Hunt has written or coauthored papers on such subjects as "Palace Ware across the Neo-Assyrian Imperial Landscape" X-ray analysis of Archaeological Sediments and ceramic, and "Heavy Metals in Consumer Drinking glasses." Alice Hunt | The University of Georgia - Academia.edu
